WhatÕs fun in PromiselandÕs Elementary Groups this É
Spring
At
the Vineyard children donÕt just learn about God, theyÕre encouraged to know
Him! TheyÕre taught in ways where what they learn makes a difference in their
daily lives! How does a child walk with God everyday at school, with their
friends, or when theyÕre struggling? That is what we seek to address while
having fun! Our goal is that church will be the
best part of every childÕs week! By involving children in interactive
worship and engaging teaching with drama and interesting illustrations,
children discover key concepts introduced during our Large
Group time. During Small Groups
children
are grouped with children their age, enjoy a snack, engage in a game or activity
intended to give time for children to think how what they just learned will
make a difference in their lives that very week, spend time building
friendships with the other children and leaders, and pray together over what
ever is on their minds.
Each
week children can earn ÒPromiseland BucksÓ
by memorizing the Bible verses Ð they receive - 5 BUCKS (shown below), by bringing
their Bible (1 BUCK), by showing us how to look them up in the Bible (1 BUCK), by just showing up (1
Buck), and
by bringing a friend to church (1 BUCK). ÒBucksÓ can
be spent on items at the Promiseland Store before and after each service!
